I received an email from EE Perk asking me to re-validate my details. Clicked on the link and tried logging in as usual but instead, I got an error message that my account has been deactivated because I took too long to enter my details. I'm guessing that's because I entered my password wrongly the first time. 

 

How do I go about resolving this pls?
