New Custom Order

Hi,

 

I placed an order on Friday for a new pay monthly iPhone 11 and received a confirmation email saying it is being processed along with a xko number. There was an upfront fee of £50 as part of the order but this hasn't been taken out of my account and when I use the order tracker it says "we cant show your order details right now".

 

Would appreciate any help on this - when would the upfront fee be taken and does an xko number mean that I have passed crdit checks etc?
