Network Ee error after iPhone update in turkey

02687585-3E3A-4D0D-8179-37D6672C6AD3.jpegThis error message keeps appearing after my iPhone update and won’t clear. I don’t have data to use in Turkey and been using WiFi ok until the update. How do I resolve this?
