Need help reactivating my old pack/account?

Hi, I haven't logged in and top up my pack for about two months now after I topped it up for 15 pounds. My EE account "Current Pack" doesn't show anything, instead, it says "

 

Current pack

 

System failure

We are currently experiencing difficulties loading this information, please try again later

 

I can see my current credit but I can't access them and I think my current account or pack is disabled?

 

Can EE please help reactivate my pack? Thanks
