My wife has just selected a £5 pack

When I try I get no choice to change it only shows current pack

It may be worth speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can look into this for you.

it turns out that despite being sent a new Sim in August I still have a 3g Orange Sim pack

have been told to go to EE shop for a 4G Sim ,then I should be able to see a choice of packs available to me.
