I’m a bit confused. I upgraded my phone to a cheaper sim contract in March, it all looked like it had gone through. But then I had a bill that was more expensive than usual this month (April) when I checked my account it said I was still eligible for an upgrade... so I upgraded again to the same thing... then I had an email to say I wasn’t eligible for an upgrade, and to check when by sending ‘up’ to 150... when I did this it said I was eligible for an upgrade!!??? What’s going on?? I can’t afford to stay on the higher sim for another month. What can I do?

Did your original upgrade go through? Did your plan change in march?
What contract dates and plan show in your My EE account, the new ones or old ones?
