My upgrade hasn’t registered

I’m a bit confused. I upgraded my phone to a cheaper sim contract in March, it all looked like it had gone through.  But then I had a bill that was more expensive than usual this month (April) when I checked my account it said I was still eligible for an upgrade... so I upgraded again to the same thing... then I had an email to say I wasn’t eligible for an upgrade, and to check when by sending ‘up’ to 150... when I did this it said I was eligible for an upgrade!!??? What’s going on?? I can’t afford to stay on the higher sim for another month.  What can I do?

Did your original upgrade go through? Did your plan change in march?

 

What contract dates and plan show in your My EE account, the new ones or old ones?

Hi Chris, I didn’t have much luck with my online account. But I discovered SMS messaging EE, I sent a message about upgrading my plan. Today I had a response and they managed to upgrade me.
