I've logged into my account, I have 3 phones registered. I have checked each one for when I can upgrade and two of them I need to pay an early fee plus cost of the phone. However, the phone I want to change now - says I can have 100% free early upgrade as a loyal customer. However when I click on the "upgrade" button it keeps reverting to another number.
I've tried the chat and the man I was chatting to at 8.30 am this morning never got back to me and it won't let me send another message. I am totally stuck now what to do!

Maybe pick your phone up and ring them?
