My phone order

I ordered a phone with a gift of headphones. They sent it to me a week late and it was headphones! There is a 5G network and I do not have 2G coverage.
Incorrect people, I can't wait for 2 years to give up on you!

Which phone did you order and when? Could you confirm that you have received both your phone and headphones?

 

Have you tried restarting your phone so that it searches for the network manually?

You can claim the headphones on the Samsung Rewards site. 

 

If you are having signal problems, you can report this on our EE Coverage and Network Status Checker and the network team will get this looked into. 

 

If you enter the postcode and select 'Check Status' this will show any known issues and you can report the signal problems if nothing is showing.
