I haven’t used my EE sim number for about a year as I only use it on a tracker. I just put a fiver on it and it doesn’t work. Any idea why? TIA

Sounds like it has expired.
PAYG SIM need to make a chargeable call or text within any 6 month period otherwise they expire and the Number gets put back in the System to be reused.
You could try ringing 150 regarding your recent Top Up.

If it's a PAYG SIM, you've lost it. You needed to have made a chargeable action on it within every 6 months.
