Hello,
I've recently joined EE with sim only contract and had filled out the form with my PAC number. I've received my new sim and it has a different number - so I tried to fill the transfer form again, but it now says my PAC is invalid.
I can't get my PAC from old number again as I was told by my old network that my contract will be terminated as soon as I activate my new sim(with the PAC being used).
The confirmation email I received from EE had stated that after inserting my sim to my phone, the number will be moved to EE, but how long exactly does this transfer take?
I've left my old network after 11 years, so sorry if this is a stupid/occurring question. Thank you.

HI @jjtash
The EE help article under "how long does it take to transfer my number" advises on the timelines, unfortunately this is a public forum with no access to individual accounts.
I'd recommend calling EE C/S on 150 on Monday to get your specific transfer checked over.

Also to add, I had filled the transfer form on 01/10/20 before 5:30pm.
