Hello

Yesterday I received my new pay monthly sim card with new phone. I never had mobile contract in your network so I choose to keep my old number from Three. I filled up the form with PAC when I put order to move my number but for now new card with new number what you sent me has no signal and old one still working like a Three. When I tried to add mobile device to my account ( i have broadband on your network) i have messege

Sorry, you can only associate a number for an EE Consumer or Small Business plan.
If you're having trouble, call 150 from your EE phone. More ways to get in touch >

It is the same when I put my old numer and new what you sent.

Any ideas?

Regards

@arkadius29   Give customer services a call and give them your PAC code. It sounds like your number hasn’t been migrated.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @arkadius29

Welcome to the community.

The SIM card should still show a signal before your number transfers from the other network, what phone are you using?

Have you had signal showing on the EE SIM since you received the SIM card and phone?

Leanne 🙂

I see, thanks @arkadius29

In this case, please give our Mobile Care team a call on 0800 079 8586, they will get this looked into for you and help you with your SIM card showing no service and your number transfer.

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.
