Hi
Any advice on this
ordered a new iPhone 11 max as a upgrade thru EE with a 29.99 fee . Phone turns up and all is good until the bill £234.00 . Turns out they haven’t upgraded me they sold me a new contract so I now have 2 lines . I was never eligible for a upgrade I have 12 months left on my current phone contract They have agreed to cancel the new line outside of the 14 days cool off period . I have had to send the new phone back I have purchased a case screen protector and camera protection have the 10 mile round trip to the dpd drop off .
should ask for something back or in hindsight I think they should have given me the new name on old contract .
thanks

Hi @Br7an,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
I'm sorry to hear an additional contract was ordered in error. Please get in touch with Customer Care to discuss any questions you have about your return.
Thanks
