My new Iphones

Hi. 
I have recently received 2 new iPhone 13. 
I was told by the sales guy that I will be receiving the same size memory as my old iPhone 8 Plus and the screen will be bigger. I asked a few times this question. sales guy confirmed that I am having same size memory and bigger screen. 
I have received neither of these. 
I have tried to get on with my new 13 but failed. 
my wife said she will keep hers. 
im not happy with the phone or the service I have received. 
I need to return my iPhones and have my money back. I will get a larger phone on another network. I don’t trust ee anymore after this episode.

@Frazerwhite : If you ordered by phone or online you always have a cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.
