My iPhone 11 won’t turn on, it has the loading symbol in the middle. While the phone has the charger in it still won’t turn on. Help please

@fayeaimee   The loading symbol?  You mean the Apple logo that looks like an Apple.  

You’ll need to follow the instructions HERE on how to sort this. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
