Recently I activated my EE pay monthly SIM and wanted to transfer my old number to my new sim. The PAC code I have been provided with isn't being recognised by the EE website and I cannot seem to get through to their Customer Services over the phone, on Twitter, or over online chat.
I was recommended EE by a friend and I'm very disappointed by the lack of service and convenience. Literally none of the points of contact for the customers are available, How do I resolve this issue?

@ZafarIbrahim if you have issues using the online form then you will have to call customer services but please remember that customer services are extremely busy because of the current situation so you have to patient when calling.
