My Eae app not working

The MyEE app has not been working g for a few days. Keeps saying something wrong close and come back. Any ideas how to fix need to gift data and do t seem to be able to that online.

Welcome to the community.

 

Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it?

 

Are you able to log in online?

I have and now it just takes me to a page giving the options "add mobile"
or "manage broadband" both take to website and nothing let's me just see
the main my EE account as it normal would

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this.

 

They will be able to check that your account is set up correctly.

How do I contact them? Just normal customer service number?

You can either call 150 from your phone or find all other ways to get in touch on our Contact Us Page.
