IVA PHONE UPGRADE
Hi I've had a IVA for nearly a year. I'm trying to upgrade but it won't let me . The IVA doesn't have any mobile phone debt . Even with a letter from the IVA apparently I can't upgrade. Is there anything I can do ?
Can my ex port their number
Is it possible for my ex to port their number to their new network and EE issue me with a new number for the contract? I have multiple lines on the one contract and but would prefer to finish the contract rather than have to pay an early termination ...
Bill brought forward
I ordered an upgrade but then cancelled it due to wrong address for delivery. I called and got the order cancelled and was told I wouldn't be charged. I have now got my bill with £50 brought forward for the new phone that I never received.
Broadband Renewal Cost
Happy to sign up for a new contract, but EE are telling me it will be £5 more than new customers are charged? It's that right? I cannot take advantage of the current offers on the website by entering a new contract? What a throw away society.
