Most BT Sport programs locked

I have just added BT to my account but when I open the app to watch anything most of the programs have a purple lock on them. 

Do I need to change something or is there a reason for this?

 

If this how it is for EE customers I don’t really think it is worth having!

I am logged in with my bt Id but almost everything is locked!
