The service is dire, been with EE over 17 years and recently upgraded and bought an extra sim on the old phone.

Sims and numbers totally mixed up do no.Apple music-  

Then.get the bill in and charged for 2 extra Sims on same number!!

 

Customer service is nil, disgusting. I'm.cancelling the DD Monday morning and I'll.take the consequences. 

Very poor firm, never again.

Could I take some extra information on your query, did you upgrade or take out a new contract? 

 

Do you now have three numbers showing on your bill and you should have two?
