Mobile Cuts Out

Hi, i upgraded to a Samsung galaxy A10 in July last year and its been great till about November. Since then, it keeps cutting out whether its on charge or not, and also when I'm in the middle of an important zoom meeting. Does anyone know what the problem maybe? My local EE store is closed due to Lockdown.

When you say cutting out do you mean the phone switches off completely?

 

Have you dropped your phone or has it been exposed to water?

Yes it switches itself off then comes back on again, no it hasnt been dropped or exposed to water.

Is your handset running on the latest software?

That could potentially be 1 of 2 things:

 

1. Software failure/bug

2. battery issue

 

Please attempt to backup the phone and do a factory reset. 

@Katie_B  yes I checked all that an it's up to date.

Have you tried @Kirigaya_Kazuto's suggestion of a factory reset? (Don't forget to back your phone up first!)
