After upgrading my phone yesterday with a gentleman over the phone who was very pleasant, however to receiving my new iPhone 12 today and not being told that it doesn’t come with a charger adapter is disappointing! I wish I would have been advised of this when upgrading I think it’s important for you as mobile providers to be advising that the iPhone 12 doesn’t come with a charger adapter is important then it gives us customers to be prepared to order the adapter or at least be asked if we are happy to purchase it with yourselves! It’s just very annoying cause I now will have to wait to be able to use the phone untill the charger adapter comes.. disappointed to say the least!
@CharlotteAllan9 Apple announced that it doesn’t come with a charger or headphones, That was almost 4 months ago now. How is the agent meant to know you didn’t already know this ?
In fact any phone purchased from Apple now doesn’t have a charger or headphones.
