Mini Wi-fi won’t connect to iphone

My grandsons iphone won’t connect to my mini Wi-fi just keep saying unable to connect but my one and my husbands connects fine

@MrsTrouble  Ask your grandson to to open settings on his iPhone and go to WiFi and then select the router name and click the “i” then click forget this network. Now try setting it up again by putting the WiFi pass phase into his device again.
