Hi, 

 

I'm having the same problem, i've registered with my work email for Perks its now deactivated, even though I was registered. Tried resetting password, same deactivation message come up. when I called EE they said my HR dept needs to sort it. They don't know what on about and say they cant do anything. Can you reset for me so I can use my discount please? Thanks
