Hello, I have just returned to the UK and realised I have lost my SIM in the process. Due to COVID restrictions I am now in Managed Quarantine and have no access to an alternative phone to call and cancel the SIM. Is someone able to call on my behalf as a proxy or is there an alternative means to block it? Thank you.

Nobody from this user discussion forum can call on your behalf. In fact nobody that you haven't already authorised as such can discuss your a/c with CS.
You may write to them reporting its loss so they can block it at:
EE Customer Services
6 Camberwell Way
Sunderland
Tyne and Wear
SR3 3XN
United Kingdom
Include your name, address, EE account number and/or EE mobile number.

@TitusJordan Not sure why you’ve been told about 30 days notice by @XRaySpeX as your not giving notice to terminate are you ? You just want to request a replacement SIM card. And to do this you’ll have to call yourself.

Morning @TitusJordan
Thanks for coming to the community.
If someone calls us and reports the SIM as lost we would be able to block the SIM card.
You would need to contact us to arrange the replacement SIM card, we would only be able to send this for the account holder.
All our contact information can be found on the get in touch page.
Leanne.

Yes, @Chris_B, altho' the OP asked to cancel his SIM he is really after blocking it. I have amended my post accordingly. As he said he can't phone in any way he could try Live Chat.
