Lost my contact sim

Please someone please help me I lost my contact sim but I'm not sure weather its been stolen I just need to block it and get it replaced please can you advise me to do what I av to as I need the number mainly and it needs blocking 

I have ee sim at min  can it not be replaced in my new sim its payasgo but I have ref to my contract ect please someone help

You need to call CS to report it lost/stolen so they can block it & issue you with a replacement SIM.

 

If you want to move to PAYG you'll need to give 30 days notice & pay any Early Termination Fees due.

To report the lost SIM card, please call us on 07953 966 250, our Mobile Care team will block the SIM card and send you a replacement with the same number.
