My sim car has benn deactivate

Hi I didn't use my phoe for a while. Yestarday I toped up my ee account online for 5 £. And It looks that my number phone is not active. I can't call or sending any messages. But I toped up my my phone on line and I can see that on my ee account I have this money. 

Could u let me know if is possible to unlock my numer? Or I lost it permanently. Thank u

@Mariola666  you need to make a chargeable call or text at least every three months to keep a Sim card activated after this time it will go into hibernation, you need to call customer services to get it reactivated topping up your account will not do this.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Do you know roughly when you last used this phone/SIM card?

 

If you've used it within the last 269 days (almost 9 months) our Customer Care team will be able to reactivate this for you.
