You need to call CS to report it lost/stolen so they can block it & issue you with a replacement SIM.
If you want to move to PAYG you'll need to give 30 days notice & pay any Early Termination Fees due.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Thanks for coming to the community.
To report the lost SIM card, please call us on 07953 966 250, our Mobile Care team will block the SIM card and send you a replacement with the same number.
Please see our What should I do if my phone is lost or stolen? Help page for more details.
