Keeping and transferring old number .

Hi , i aigned up for a contract with ee for 24 months and i choose to keep my old number , i did this on saturday 5/09 . I received my new sim on thursday and on that day i spoke to someone from 150 about my number being transferred (as i could do it online , it wouldn’t accept the pac) and they told me that my transfer was scheduled for monday (today). I woke up and my old sim that i have with 3 is still active and the transfer didn’t go through . Mind you the tranfer is way above the limit of 24-48 h of tranfering the number !

@Kristjan number ports don’t happen over the weekend and your port will start today so the 24 hours starts today
