Hi, can someone please explain the iwatch to me. I’m looking to add one to my contract but unsure if I’d use it. If I changed my mind, can I give it to my brother even though he isn't on an EE contract? how does it work? Will it only be compatible with my iPhone?

Hi @Kayl129

Your brother would only be able to use the 4G functionality if he's on an EE contract with a £7 add-on which would give him access.

He'll be able to pair it in Bluetooth mode and use it within range of his phone though, providing it's compatible.

Thanks so much for your reply. I think he’s Vodafone, so it would still work but only with Bluetooth? So he’d still be able to use it normally out and about? Sorry if these are stupid questions, I’m just very tech illiterate 🙁.

It should work OK with Bluetooth. It may be worth him speaking to Vodafone to see if there is a cellular option.

He'd be welcome on EE, if he wanted to move over too. 😄
