Ive tried unlocking my phone and it's asking for MCK

I've tried unlocking my phone and I made a mistake and now it's saying to many incorrect attempts it says I need an MCK code

@Elliott-2692   The MCK code is needed because of the to many attempts to unlock your device with the wrong code or it was entered wrong.  The device is now locked and will need the MCK code to unlock it so you can put the unlock code in to use it on a different network.  You can get the MCK code from the device manufacturer.   

 
 Samsung by any chance? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

did you sort this out? I have the same problem, EE passed me to Samsung who said it was EE, EE have said reply to the email I had the original code from and I have an undeliverable response !!   I am at the end of my tether !!
