Itimised Billing

Hello there,

 

I currently require an itimised bill, showing all telephone numbers for December 13th 2018, for an ongoing complaint at work, how would i get a copy of this?

@Matleya469  itemised billing will only commence from the date that you requested it cannot be backdated.   

you could request from EE a SAR (subject access request ) and EE have 30 days to provide this.   

you’ll need to call customer services to request this.  

you’ll receive all information that EE has about you including the numbers called from your sim. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
