Is my white 'Smart Router' on 5Ghz or 2.4Ghz? I bought a smart light ....

I bought a smart light that needs to be on 2.4GHz, but I don't know how to check if my router is on 2.4 of 5Ghz. How would I change this on router? I've been going round and round in circles online.
I'm a new EE customer, and I have that white 'Smart Router'. Can anyone help??
I d/l the EE Home app and there's not much you can do there.

It's on both! With the Smart Router there's no way of telling which you are connecting to unless you disable 1 of the bands.

Beat way to try is to disable the 5GHz band, connect the 2.4GHz device & then reenable the 5GHz band.
