Is it possible to request a specific phone number?

I want to know if it is possible to request a specific phone number that was used by my daughter in the past? I have rang the number and it appears to not be in use. There is a very specific reason I would like to request this number and would like to speak to someone who can help please. Thanks

It is not possible for our customer care team to retrieve a specific number. 

If you wish to still change the number, a new number can be generated by our customer care team.
