Ordered iphone 12 pro max 256gb pacific blue on 30/12/2020. Online order initially told in stock, but when I called to confirm they said not in stock, but would come soon. Also intermittently I see online that few are available in stock. Are they lying it's in stock. If not why am I not getting mine? Also the online tracker just says we can't show the order. when can I expect mine? Other answers in the community are scaring me. It's not worth the wait for 4-6 weeks as some have mentioned. Sorry EE.

@Dine  online it says out of stock.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Intermittently it does say few are available. I'll screen shot it next time. Also when I did the application form it did say it was available.

Sadly I ordered mine on the 7th of December where it said it was in stock, have checked online on my order status and there’s no update at all. Customer services said they are unable to help because they do not have the information. I would just like to know when i can expect it to arrive as it has been over 3 weeks when they said it would take 24 hours. Can anyone help me on what I can do??

going by what I read it's going to take a lot of time. EE has lied when we ordered and conti nues to lie. James would give his standard reply  'We're working with Apple to get these devices sent out as soon as possible'. They wouldn't accept their lie. Frustrating

That is the phone although 128gb version and colour I ordered on the 30/12/2020 and it said it was in stock. I was originally going to order the Graphite but that was out of stock but the pacific blue was in stock so I decided to go for that one. Obviously the status was wrong on the website . The online tracker also says the same for mine. It seems rather devious of EE I have an email with the subject line "Confirmation: Your order's on its way" and stating Estimated delivery date: 31/12/2020 however from what they are posting on this forum they obviously know that to be untrue. ( to put in in a politicly correct way)
