Iphone 11 preorder

Hi, i preordered the iPhone 11 on the 16th sept however I haven’t received any info on when it’ll be dispatched or arriving also i have tried tracking it and it says cannot show order details at the moment. Can someone help with tracking info please.

If you cannot use order tracking then you should call EE CS on 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
