I ordered an iPad as an additional line on the 5th of December and I’d just like to know when I will be receiving it?

Did you get a confirmation email when you ordered?

 

Have you tried using our online order tracker?

Yeh I’ve had the email and tried using the tracker which just says “awaiting confirmation” when I put the order number in

If the tracker isn't giving you an update, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.

 

They will be able to access your account and let you know what is happening with your order.

 

Alternatively, you can wait for DPD to text you when your order is ready to be delivered.
