Ipad Pro 5G

Hi All,

Only a quick one...

Just didn't know if anyone had started receiving any information around the processing &/or shipping of their Ipad Pro 5G pre-orders that they had made yet?

Just for reference and comparison, I have ordered the 12.9 Pro 256GB on 30/4 at 1:21pm (when the website actually loaded showing the 5G's as order-able! 🙂)

Still nothing guess with the bank holiday best case will be Wednesday (nearly 2 weeks after release and 5 weeks after pre order with no ‘actual’ updates)

I ordered on the 30/4 

I’m getting it delivered to work so got the text to enter the pin for alternative del address at 1.21.

I got confirmation email at 1.31 as it said I had to call them
When I called EE said there was no problem with my order it had gone through it just the system playing up. Then obv got my email

it’s seems that the initial stock was extremely limited.

anyone who ordered an iPad pro12.9 after 1.30pm on 30th April are still waiting,,

I thought that it was a mistake cancelling my 1.30 preorder, but it sounds like the preorders ain’t worth a damn…

Definitely going to be a very long time before my 12.9 2TB shows up, as I only ordered on the 28th May its Pre-Order confirmed for now.

Can see this taking at least a month to be delivered with EE as it's a very long wait even if you get all 12.9 models directly from Apple as they have the 30 Jun - 14 Jul for all 12.9 capacities at the moment.

if you have the cash to buy up front, one or two Apple stores have that model in.

You can use the Apple Store App to track them down.
