I'm a current customer located in Somerset with EE 4G home WiFi and would like to learn more about an outdoor antenna. I currently get around 20 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up with the EE supplied Huawei-B525-4AD5 router. I'm fairly happy with my speed but more is better.
On a recent technical call on another subject the very helpful EE the technician recommended an installation of an outside antenna but couldn't remember the name of the company who installs it. I've seen mention of TSG but can't find out much about them. The EE technician said the company would install the antenna on a trial basis to see if it helps.
Is there a company that works with EE to install antennas?
