In stock order - awaiting date

I have ordered a black 64gb iPhone 11 on 3rd December.

Tracking says it is an "in stock order", and your website shows you have stock.

The tracking just says awaiting date, no indication of when it will be dispatched or anything, but usually your stock orders are dispatched within 24hrs. 

Can I get an update on when this will be dispatched please.

I can see the iPhone 11 64GB in Black is available to order and to expect dispatch within 7 days. 

As soon as there is a further update regarding your order you will be notified.
