I bought a Samsung S6 tablet on a contract via Carphone Warehouse last week (1st July). The tablet would not start up, so it went back to Carphone Warehouse at the weekend (4th July). Went back to Carphone Warehouse yesterday evening after work to pick up now working tablet. Happy (or so I thought). Only to find out the sim card is missing. I would really like to have a replacement sim card so I can "finally" start using my tablet "on the move". It's already 8th July and I'm currently paying for part of a service that I can't even use. Please help me!

Hi @Macgod21
Welcome to the community.
You can order a replacement SIM online which will be delivered in the post, or you can book an appointment at your local EE Store and pick one up from there.
Whichever works best for you 🙂
