Hello @nicoleallison34 ,

Welcome to the community,

Yes, you set it up yourself. If you are a new customer and not had a SIM card from EE, then you will receive a new SIM card with instructions how to activate it, but if you already have a SIM card with EE and are using the same number, then you can just put your SIM card in the new phone and set up your phone yourself.

If you have another phone with all your contacts, photos etc.., you may want to back them up, so that you can put them on your new phone.

You may also want to download the guide for your phone, which should give you plenty of help.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Do you know how long it takes to deliver?

@nicoleallison34 , You should receive updates when the phone will be delivered, once you have a tracking number you can track it, but it also depends whether the phone is in stock.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

When would the new contract start?

Hi @nicoleallison34.

The contract would start on the day that the phone is sent out to you.

If it's a brand new line, it would be from when the SIM card is activated.
