I have recently ordered the iPhone 13 pro max for my daughter for Christmas.I placed the order on the 4th December and it said it would be expected to be dispatched within 7 days. It is now the 17th and there has been no updates and when I go the EE app to track the order it says awaiting confirmation on the expected delivery date. I am just wondering if it will be arriving before Christmas? thanks
@andrewwray1 As this a just a public forum that has no access to your account or what device EE expect from manufacturers it’ll be best to call customer services about this.
It also says usually dispatched within 7 days not that it will be.
