IPhone 12 pro max Pre oder

Hi, I placed an pre Oder for for the IPhone 12 pro max - pacific blue 128GB. So according to EE it’s in Stock, but on live chat I’ve been told there’s no stock for another 2 weeks. What I don’t understand is my order status is “pre order confirmed” does anyone have a similar problem?

Supply and demand. Supply of that device and spec are in short supply many due to production shortages of parts. 

 

You will need to keep your eye on EE order tracking.

Keep an eye on your EE tracking. The phone I ordered today is out of stock but it still let me order and I’ve joined the “order backlog”

Mine was shipped out yesterday, so I’m receiving it tomorrow by DPD. 

That’s great! When did you order?

I feel mine will take weeks as I’m on the back log 😩

I ordered on the 12th of November. I think you should receive yours by early next week or so. 

Fingers crossed 🤞🏻 I’m really impatient when it comes to things like this 😂 the website when I ordered said out of stock, still available to order, expected dispatch within 28 days. I hope it’ll be sooner 😂

I ordered last Wednesday, although the graphite and blue were 'last few' and 'in stock' online I was told on the phone there wasn't any at all! I have been told up to 4 weeks.

I ordered mine in pacific blue last Wednesday and was told up to 7 days but that’s tomorrow and heard nothing 😡

Same problem was told when I ordered could be up to 2 weeks but doesn’t usually take that long.

 

3 weeks later my order just says on track - come on EE sort it out
