hi im due to get a phone delivered today by dpd i have a provisonal licence but it has my old adress on can i still use this and a council tax bill to prove my adress? thankyou

Does your address match the one that we have got on your EE account?

Is your Surname Correct on your ID?

@Jon_K My phone supposed to be delivered today, but I got a message from DPD that they are still waiting to recieve a parcel from EE. Should I expect a delay then? Thank you

Have you tried checking our online order tracker?

DPD will send you another text when your phone is ready to be delivered.

@Jon_K , yes I did.it says "We've received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel". Tracking on EE says "Dispatched" and email from DPD from last evening said "We will deliver your parcel on the 2nd of December".

@CraigT77 - It didn't arrive yesterday, but I got it this morning, so finally after over a month of wait, I can enjoy my new phone.
