Returning phone

Hi this is a dumb question but can I still return a phone, even if the box is not completely intact. (headphones charger etc are fine, just nicked the corner of the box a bit)

What happened in the end? I want to return mine but don’t have original seal or prestige film on the phone screen.

It was fine, actually couldn't find the lid of the original box when I was about to mail it (of found it right after sending it away), but there was no issue with that.
