I’m on ee my partner on ee both on separate contracts. I bought an I watch for a present with a data plan for partner which I pay for. I synced the watch to her phone but she not getting the data plan on the watch. Need help

When setting the watch up in the watch app, did you select a data plan to use?
Was there an option to select a data plan at all?

@Ianpell32 Did you purchase a cellular Apple Watch or the none cellular version ?

Did you get the watch through EE directly, @Ianpell32?
If you un-pair the watch, do you get an option to set up with a data plan again?
