I've been on hold all day

I've been on hold all day! Been through every option on the automated options list!  All i want to do is set up 2 PAYG SIMS. I've got 2 mobiles and 1 SIM for each phone, to be paid through the same debit card. I've managed to get one set up, but can't set up the other no matter what I try. What am I missing? All of this could've been sorted if someone would just pick up the phone...

Can you not set up your direct debit via the EE app or EE online account on their website.

 

If CS are bus they cannot answer your call.
