Hi @Bonneville5

Welcome to the community.

What kind of phone do you have? Do you have a problem with it?

Chris

@Bonneville5  Was this a sim only contract?   It’s it was then this is a new contract and your device has nothing to do with that contract

The  warranty was for the original contract and device and while you carried on using that contract even after the minimum term period.   By upgrading even to a sim only your no longer on the original contract.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

But is stil the same device

Depending on the device, you may still have a warranty with the manufacturer, @Bonneville5

@Bonneville5  Your using a new contract and it’s doesn’t include the device that you already own regardless of how you got that device.
