Ive got mobile broadband but it won't work just flashes red. Any idea why? I have 2 sim cards for it and tried them both

Where can I get a copy of the agreement I entered into on an upgrade/leaving phone call? I agreed terms on a share screen during g the call. Thanks for any help

Very low speeds - Mobile Broadband 5G/4G

EE live chat not showing

I have been trying to contact WE via live chat but no luck. I am a contract customer. I have also messaged on instagram and facebook. But just keep getting automated responses. I don’t have time currently to phone to chat.
