My parcel got delivered to a pick up point however I've not been able to pick it up and I'm getting charged for the device I've not got. Is there a way to return it. It was delivered on the 5th nov

@ChloeD3   You only have a 14 day cooling of period you now past that.  You need to pick up the device as this is now yours.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I've had an email from dpd asking that the sender (ee) needs to rasie an investigation as it's not longer at the pick up point but they aren't sure where it is.

I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team as soon as possible so that they can look into this.
